Keeping the agents well informed is how you build the trust with them and make the things happen.

These four are some most common mistakes and without an iota it can be said that these are the mistakes that can be easily avoided. Make sure to keep a note of these points and remember to never repeat them again if you’re striving to build a strong customer relationship.
